Three months of direct access to me by voice message (Voxer). When you're stuck on something, you send me a voice message, and I send you back what I'd do if it were my business. No waiting two weeks for the next scheduled call.
We start with one deep-dive call to get me up to speed on your business: operations, marketing, systems, and where AI can take work off your plate. After that it's voice messages, answered on business days.
This isn't a course and it's not a group. It's me, working on your business with you. I've been running companies since 2009 and I've made most of the mistakes myself.
