Affiliate Disclaimer

Last updated: May 5, 2026

The short version

Some posts on this site link to tools and services through affiliate programs. If you click one of those links and end up paying for the service, I may earn a commission. It does not change what you pay.

How I pick what to recommend

I only link to tools I am actually using in production or have personally tested against real workloads. The numbers, latency figures, and per-site behavior in my posts come from my own runs, not from a vendor brief.

If a tool I recommend stops working for me, I update the post or pull the link. I try not to leave stale recommendations sitting around.

Where you will see affiliate links

Mostly in tools-comparison posts (web scraping APIs, SEO tools, ecommerce automation tools). When a link is an affiliate link, the rendered HTML uses rel="sponsored" so search engines and browsers can see it. Plain links to vendor sites without affiliate tracking will just have rel="noopener".

FTC compliance

This site complies with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). If a relationship with a vendor materially affects what I say about their product, I disclose it in the post itself, not just here.

No professional advice

Recommendations on this site are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Use your own judgment and talk to a professional for situation-specific decisions.
